QAudit user guide

QAudit (Quadient Audit) is a tamper-evident, signed record of the actions Quadient and Serensia products take on behalf of customers, and the records those actions produce. Users can review their own audit history, download evidence packs that prove what was sent and when, and inspect KPI trends — all through the Customer Dashboard this guide documents.
